Act as the Managing Agent for and behalf of the Client / Building Owner for equipment and schedules mentioned in the Maintenance Agreement with the Contractor. Provide professional and unbiased elevator consulting and elevator inspection services on all types of elevators and vertical transportation equipment for building owners and industry contractors. Assist our Client’s in establishing conclusive service levels in terms of their maintenance contract and verify whether performance parameters are being adhered to by the service provider. We compile technical reports addressed to the service provider indicating defects and non-conformances for which he is responsible. The report will notify the Client of unsafe conditions in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and inform him of any contraventions thereof. |
