We act as Project Managers (lifts and escalators) from conceptual and specification stage through to completion of the project, be it a new installation, modernisation or addition/alteration as follows:

Develop the technical specification with safety standards and elevator / escalator codes which will be made available for tender. The scope of work required for the project will be determined in the Project specification be it for renewal, upgrading or full replacement of elevators / escalators.
